Our Purpose
The purpose of the Iron Sharpens Iron Champions Men’s ministry is to gather men within “The Message” Church and the community to build their faith, be courageous, trusting God, serving others and releasing the Champion quality that is resident in every man.
It’s a place to join and connect with other men in their journeys toward getting to know Jesus more intimately, so that we may serve Him, our family, our church and our community more faithfully. We do this through studying His Word, sharing life experiences, serving others, embracing our God given potential that allows us to become just like our Heavenly Father.
As Champions, we are working on being the Godly strong men God has created us to be, the priest of our home by being a great husband to our spouses if married, a successful single man if single, great fathers to our children and a leader of our family, church and community.
We also provide Spiritual development opportunities throughout the year, the Gathering of Champions on a monthly basis and our annual “Men’s Midnight Rumble” every January designed to give every man a fresh focus for the New Year, as well as a special time with M@P “Men @ Prayer”.
